Alpha II Service, Inc. provides a wide variety of services to our clients. We provide computer hardware selection services, LAN and wireless LAN configuration and installation services, site support services, outsourcing, business consulting, IT consulting and many others.
Site Management Agreement. This service is essentially a complete service for providing computer and/or IT outsourcing for the small to medium company. Many clients utilizing this service do not have any on-site computer support staff. We provide complete PC management and help desk support and Linux/Unix server support. Most any type of network, both wired and wireless can be supported.
Software Support Agreement. This service provides specific software support for software packages that are sold by us. In some cases we can even support software supplied by others. This includes support services for the operating systems, (Unix/Linux), some specific compilers (SynergyDE DBL) and application software such as Prologic MESA MRP/ERP and SYSPRO Manufacturing software.
We provide WEB hosting services for a select group of clients. As part of this service, we provide cgi programming to support unique WEB design requirements. WEB design and programming is also offered as needed.
